After forcing myself to be more conscious about what I eat, by reading labels and doing a little research, I found that there are so many foods out there that you may think are good for you or you think won’t make a difference if you consume this or that. But I am here to tell you that in your overall health goals those little choices you make today make all the difference for your future. I began making an effort to choose food items that are lower in calories, low in sodium, high in fiber, and high in protein in order to achieve the weight loss goals I was seeking at the time.
